Four functions, held in one operation.
Siting, supply, service and reporting are a single discipline. We run them as one, because the joins between them are what an estate stands or falls on.
What each one covers.
Siting
Site survey, position agreement, delivery, connection, commissioning and handover. We work to the building's trading hours and access arrangements, including out of hours delivery where a centre requires it.
Supply
Range selection, planogram build, pricing and replenishment. Ranges are set per location and reviewed against how that position performs, so a leisure venue and a transport concourse are treated as the distinct propositions they are.
Field service
Scheduled attendance, cleaning, mechanical and payment response, and planned parts replacement. Telemetry surfaces conditions early, which is what allows attendance to be planned rather than reactive.
Reporting
Performance reporting, payment reconciliation and a periodic statement to the site. Where a revenue arrangement applies, the statement shows how the figure was reached as well as the figure itself.
Held to one standard.
An estate works when every position within it is run the same way. The same survey discipline, the same installation standard, the same attendance regime and the same reporting, whether a site holds a single unit or a portfolio of them.
That consistency is what a multi site operator is actually buying, and it is what this business is organised around. It is also why we hold all four functions in house rather than distributing them across suppliers.

A survey takes an hour of your time and gives you a straight assessment of the position.
