What we bring to the position.
We fund the equipment, hold the stock, carry the insurance and run the service operation behind it. Terms are agreed in writing before installation and are set out in a single document covering position, term, commercial arrangement, access and liability.
Once a unit is in service the arrangement is designed to be quiet. Attendance, replenishment and reporting happen on schedule and around your building's operation, and the position is reviewed with you periodically.

Survey
We attend, measure the available space and assess position, movement, dwell time and access. You receive a straight assessment of what the location can support.
Agreement
A written siting agreement covering the position, the term, the commercial arrangement, access arrangements, liability and the notice provisions.
Installation
Delivery and commissioning at a time that suits the building. We manage goods lifts, loading bay booking and out of hours access where required.
Operation
Attendance on schedule and on response, cleaning as standard, and a periodic statement covering the position.
