Built to run an estate.

Automated retail is an operations business wearing a retail costume. Nearly everything that decides whether it works happens after installation.

An empty modern meeting room at dusk with a long table and a wall of glass.

The interesting problem is not the machine. It is the round.

A single unit is a simple thing. An estate of them, spread across regions, each with its own range, its own rhythm and its own access rules, is a logistics problem. That is the problem this business is designed around.

It is why telemetry is fitted from the outset rather than added later, why attendance is scheduled against performance rather than a calendar, and why survey discipline sits at the front of everything we do.

We hold the equipment, the stock and the risk. Sites hold the space. Keeping that line clean is what makes the arrangement work for both parties over years rather than months.

The direction of travel.

01

Density before spread

Positions clustered within a region are served more efficiently and attended more often. Concentration is worth more to an estate than reach.

02

Framework relationships

A single agreement covering a portfolio serves the operator and the group better than a series of separate negotiations. Multi site relationships are the ones worth building.

03

Adjacent formats

The siting, service and reporting operation is largely format agnostic. As the estate supports it, the group expects to run categories beyond those it begins with.

How we work.

The group publishes specification, process and commitments, because those are the things we control and can be held to at any point in an agreement.

Everything else follows from execution. An estate earns its reputation one position at a time, through installations that are clean, attendance that is reliable and reporting that reconciles. That is a slower way to build a business than making claims about it, and it is a considerably more durable one.
