How we operate, written down.

Six areas, set out plainly. Every commitment here is one we control and can be held to at any point in an agreement.

On site

Public liability cover carried on every sited unit
Certificate of insurance provided to the site on request
Electrical safety testing at installation and on interval
Written siting agreement in place before delivery
Access arrangements agreed with the site in advance
Positions selected clear of fire exits and escape routes
Positions agreed with the landlord or centre management

Payments

Card, mobile wallet and QR payment accepted
Transactions handled end to end by a PCI DSS compliant provider
Cardholder data held entirely within the payment provider
Prices displayed at the point of selection before payment

Data

Personal data processed under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
Telemetry carried on the unit's own mobile connection
Unit telemetry operates independently of site systems
Enquiry data used solely to answer the enquiry

Product

Stock sourced through UK distribution with traceable supply
Sealed manufacturer product, sold at a clearly marked fixed price
Product information presented clearly before purchase
Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 preserved in full

Environment

Equipment disposal under WEEE producer responsibility obligations
Packaging obligations met under producer responsibility rules
Refrigerated equipment maintained under F gas requirements where fitted
Route planning consolidated by region to reduce vehicle movements

Commercial

Terms set out in a single written agreement
Notice provisions stated in the agreement and honoured
Equipment owned and insured by the group throughout
Removal and making good undertaken at our cost

Everything on this page can be put in front of you in writing before a unit is ordered, let alone installed. The certificate of insurance for the sited unit, the siting agreement in full including its notice provisions, our data processing position and the payment provider's compliance attestation.

Where your procurement process carries a specific requirement, raise it at enquiry stage. It is a short conversation at that point and it keeps the survey productive for both sides.
